I recently had an excellent experience with my Bob Smith salesman, Joel Hines. I texted him and we quickly negotiated a very fair price on a new Mazda. I placed a deposit and arrived from Idaho the next weekend to pick the car up. Everything was as advertised, Joel was prepared for our arrival and topped off the car, and I was headed down the road in about 20 minutes. I've purchased many cars in many states and have never had such an easy and professional experience. Zero pressure to purchase protection packages, warranty, financing, and none of the games that are sadly frequent in this industry. I would happily do business again here in the future, and highly recommend.

Joel was a great person to deal with at Bob Smith. He was very helpful in explaining all the different things the new truck does. Before I had a older vehicle and this new to me 2023 F150 Lariat has more bells and whistle's that I could ever need.
