Rich was top-notch. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from him and will continue doing business with Bob Smith as a whole. Shortly after I purchased my vehicle my wife’s car was in the shop (we didn’t purchase this vehicle from Bob Smith, we just have it serviced there) and I had a family emergency and Rich came in on his day off and personally delivered my vehicle home so I didn’t have to worry about it. You won’t find that with just any salesman.
